Student dormitory network setup
I.Current status
The operations and services of NTUNHS student dormitory networks are currently outsourced to the Chunghwa Telecom company.
II.Dormitory management
The Student Housing Division of the Office of Student Affairs is responsible for services such as assistance with dormitory network settings and timely handling of network interruptions.
III.Dormitory network repairs
Students may report network failures to the Student Housing Division. If the network failure is caused by a circuit or component malfunction, the Student Housing Division will report the issue to the vendor and request repairs. If the network failure is not caused by a circuit or component malfunction, students may call the Chunghwa Telecom 24-hour customer service hotline 0800-080-412.
