Responsibilities:
- Implementation, coordination, and supervision of division affairs
- Maintenance and management of the iLMS platform
- Maintenance and management of Adobe Connect virtual classrooms
- Maintenance and management of Office365 cloud subscriptions and applications
- Planning and Promotion of school-wide instructional software licensing
- Maintenance and management of computer classrooms
- Point of contact for administrative-type evaluations for the Computer Center
- Maintenance and management of the NTUNHS website
- Planning and procurement of NTUNHS information equipment
- Planning and management of maintenance for out-of-warranty information equipment
- Planning and Promotion of school-wide statistical software licensing
- Affairs related to the enforcement of intellectual property rights
- Affairs related to the Computer Advisory Committee
- Point of contact related to ISO9001
Duties:
- Planning of the computer classroom teaching environments.
- Procurement and management of computer teaching equipment and the software and hardware in the center’s public areas.
- Consolidation of school-wide demand and procurement for personal computer equipment.
- Computer training, computer consultations, and comprehensive and administrative affairs in the center.
- Management of the center’s software and hardware equipment and property.
- Reinforcement of students’ awareness of internet ethics and intellectual property rights.
- Enforcement of the intellectual property rights of computer software by establishing software management systems and promoting concepts of legal software use.
- Other matters related to the development of computer teaching and academic research.
