System Design Division

Duties:

  1. Development and maintenance of a digital university affairs and administration system (including accounts integration and single sign-in management and maintenance).
  2. Planning and management of servers for the university affairs and administration system.
  3. Assistance to other units in the planning, setup, and management of their computers and servers.
  4. Education and training, consultations, and promotions related to university affairs and the administration system.
  5. Other matters related to the digitization of university affairs and administrative processes.
