Duties:

1. Planning, setup, and management of the campus network.
2. Procurement and management of computer server room software and hardware. 
3. Account management, information security control, and network consultation services. 
4. Regular review of legal software use on the campus network and the establishment of mechanisms against inappropriate network information.
5. Other network-related matters.
